Higher vineyards
The highest vineyards in the world are located at an altitude of 2,700 meters above sea level, where the altitude has a positive impact on the quality of the grapes due to the greater exposure to ultraviolet rays. In order to protect itself from the rays, the grape generates a thicker and darker skin, which gives the wine greater intensity in terms of color, aromas and flavors. The clear, clear skies enhance these characteristics, in addition to the wide thermal amplitude of the area, which facilitates a homogeneous and balanced development of sugars, polyphenols, color, acids and flavors.

Overo Hill
