It will take place on Thursday, October 26, starting at 7 p.m., with the presentation of the First Alfajor de Autor de Harina de Torrontés Salteño, national champion, and the narrative “Anthology of Writers of Salta.” Free entrance.

The Salta Artisan Market, together with the Salta subsidiary of the Argentine Society of Writers (SADE), carry out the “Books and Wines” initiative, a proposal that fosters a pleasant reading environment, allowing the public to embark on a literary journey in the that wine and the book come together to relax and enjoy the works.

On this occasion, SADE presents "Anthology of Writers of Salta", a work with voices and nuances from the various regions of the Province, ranging from the Puna to the Valleys, from the dunes to the yungas. A production of texts that seeks a place in national literature through its renowned partners.

With a special and different proposal, the First Author's Alfajor of Torrontés Salteño Flour, prepared by K'OA and Orusun, will be presented in the National Competition of the Argentine Regional Cuisine Association "Looking for the Best Argentine Alfajor", held in the city from Mar del Plata. Chef Norma Azar of Sabor Azar and Sabor a Mi Tierra Salta, and Marcelo Reyna, university technician in Solar Energy, founding partner of Orusun and K'oa Orusun, present.

The event will be on Thursday, October 26 at 7 p.m. in the “María Gertrudis Medeiros” Multipurpose Room of the Artisan Market, Av. San Martín 2555, with free admission.
